Thei data was colleicteid through a queistionnairei distributeid to reispondeints, thein analyzeid using thei T teist and F teist.
Thei reisults showeid that both partially and simultaneiously knowleidgei and eimployeiei organization reilationship havei a positivei and significant influeincei in influeincing eimployeiei careieir succeiss. Thein of thei two variableis, thei eimployeiei organization reilationship proveid to bei thei most dominant in influeincing eimployeiei careieir succeiss.
