1. Responsibilities of Organizers

A. Conference Planning and Management

  • Establish the conference theme, scope, and objectives.
  • Form an organizing committee consisting of experienced researchers and professionals.
  • Set clear submission deadlines, review timelines, and publication schedules.
  • Provide technical and logistical support for a smooth conference experience (e.g., online and offline sessions, keynote speakers, and panel discussions).

B. Paper Submission and Review Process

  • Ensure authors follow the NICEBIS paper submission guidelines.
  • Manage the double-blind peer review process, ensuring fair and unbiased evaluations.
  • Assign qualified reviewers and editors to assess submissions.
  • Communicate clearly with authors regarding submission status, revisions, and acceptance.

C. Ethical Standards and Compliance

  • Ensure all submitted papers meet ethical guidelines, including plagiarism checks (maximum similarity threshold of 20%).
  • Handle any ethical violations, such as duplicate submissions or research misconduct, following COPE guidelines.

D. Proceedings Publication and Indexing

  • Provide an FAQ section to address common concerns from participants.

4. Post-Conference Follow-Up

  • Publish the conference proceedings promptly on the NICEBIS website and indexing platforms.
  • Send authors their official certificates and acceptance letters.
