1. Responsibilities of Organizers
A. Conference Planning and Management
- Establish the conference theme, scope, and objectives.
- Form an organizing committee consisting of experienced researchers and professionals.
- Set clear submission deadlines, review timelines, and publication schedules.
- Provide technical and logistical support for a smooth conference experience (e.g., online and offline sessions, keynote speakers, and panel discussions).
B. Paper Submission and Review Process
- Ensure authors follow the NICEBIS paper submission guidelines.
- Manage the double-blind peer review process, ensuring fair and unbiased evaluations.
- Assign qualified reviewers and editors to assess submissions.
- Communicate clearly with authors regarding submission status, revisions, and acceptance.
C. Ethical Standards and Compliance
- Ensure all submitted papers meet ethical guidelines, including plagiarism checks (maximum similarity threshold of 20%).
- Handle any ethical violations, such as duplicate submissions or research misconduct, following COPE guidelines.
